This should be obvious, especially with Google and countless other search engines just a click away. If you want to appear smart online, it’s always best to think and do some research before posting anything. But clearly, some people don’t care how foolish they sound—or that their words will forever be on the internet.
We all know how quick people are to clap back when they spot a clueless comment. The same thing happens when you post on Facebook or similar platforms. You might spend years sharing thoughtful quotes without much attention, but one drunken post, and suddenly, you’ve gone viral.
