It’s easy to overlook the work of competent designers until we come across truly terrible designs. It’s in these epic failures that we start to appreciate just how valuable good design is. While everyone makes mistakes, some design blunders are so absurd that they leave us completely baffled.
Were the creators distracted? In a rush? Or did they intentionally sabotage their work? It’s hard to imagine how a trained professional could make such glaring errors. Designs—whether in products, architecture, advertising, or public signage—are meant to make life easier and more convenient.
