2. OP grew up on a horse ranch. It was a huge property.

4. OP’s dad arranged a meeting with these news neighbors after receiving a law notice that stated thrir fence enroached the neighbors’ property line.
5. They demanded the ranchers push their fence back as they wanted to stay as far away from the country road as poesible.
6. OP’s dad was really pissed that the neighbors didn’t opt for internal resolution and instrad sued to have the hence moved back.
7. OP’s father waited patiently till the new neighbors built their house and shifted to finally initiated a big plan building up in his head that even OP had no idea about.
