Unfortunately, most bunk beds don’t meet these criteria, which is why they’re usually reserved for children. So, the last thing anyone should do is expect a pregnant woman to sleep on an uncomfortable bunk bed, particularly on vacation when the goal is relaxation and enjoyment.

Bunk beds always sound fun, but they are never as comfortable as you would hope.
OP and his family decided to go on a vacation, and they ended up booking an Airbnb for the trip so they could all stay together.
OP and his wife came in a little later than check-in, and they were immediately told that their room had a bunk bed, which OP thought was a joke.
As it turns out, it wasn’t a joke, and while everyone had queen-size beds, OP and his pregnant wife were stuck with bunk beds.
OP and his wife didn’t want to cause a scene, so they stayed quiet and decided to try sleeping in bed anyway.

They tried their best to sleep on the bunk bed, but it was extremely uncomfortable, so they finally ended up on the couch.
The couch wasn’t exactly comfortable, but it was better than their bunk bed.
